We are excited to present a personalised training plan that will help you reach your goal, whether you are taking on your first half marathon or are an experienced runner looking for a new challenge.

How does it work?

For 7 weeks, we will publish on our social channels a series of workouts designed specifically to accompany you on this journey. The workouts will follow two different programmes:

  • BASE level: Perfect for beginners or those who are starting to run again after a break. This programme will guide you step by step, with accessible and progressive workouts that will allow you to build endurance and confidence.
  • ADVANCED level: Designed for more experienced runners, this programme offers more intense and technical workouts designed to improve speed and endurance. Ideal for those who already have racing experience and want to push their limits.
