Run through Eternity

A race to discover the beauties of the capital, this is the Wizz Air Rome Half Marathon. The 21.0975 km long route ran through the streets of the city centre, passing by the wonders of the capital such as the Colosseum, the Circus Maximus, the Baths of Caracalla, Piazza Navona and many other historical sites. A half marathon that in its second edition, set the record for the highest number of participants in a half marathon in Italy, with an impressive 22,304 registered runners.

Prevention in action

The Longevity Run is a special event dedicated to well-being and prevention. It features a non-competitive 5 km run open to everyone — but it’s much more than that:a full day of health education, physical activity, and cardiovascular prevention, including free medical check-ups to monitor key risk factors such as blood pressure, cholesterol, blood glucose, BMI, smoking, diet, physical activity, and sleep.

Top Runners ready to race tomorrow!

Returning champions and new faces are set to put on a show and chase remarkable times, with overall victory in their sights. Among them is Italian runner Sofiia Jaremchuk, holder of the national half marathon and marathon records. In the afternoon, the Top Runners will be at the Race Village, where Huawei will host four-time Olympic middle-distance champion Mo Farah.
